This cohesive branding will lay the groundwork for international growth while enhancing internal brand alignment through dedicated training, reinforcing Dragon Geosciences as a trusted brand in marine geoscience.
Hopen is driving Dragon Geosciences’ complete group integration strategy, removing internal barriers across subsidiaries to unify operations and create a consistent brand voice. Through a complete brand identity upgrade, Hopen is establishing a robust brand system that enhances visibility and brand impact through strategic industry event participation and optimized digital presence. In parallel, Hopen has launched an employer branding initiative focused on employee engagement and brand alignment, refining recruitment and retention strategies to foster a strong, cohesive team. This initiative not only strengthens brand cohesion but also lays a sustainable foundation for Dragon Geosciences’ long-term growth as an industry leader.
The new Dragon Geosciences brand identity is rooted in the symbolic “Dragon,” embodying the founder’s pioneering spirit, with the letter “D” central to the branding. The dragon symbol represents global ambition and adaptability, while the vibrant orange contrasts with oceanic blue, creating a distinct visual identity. Supporting graphics inspired by industry survey maps expand outward, symbolizing growth and scale.
